Disliked: I got 3 bites ?? while I was sleeping. When I told management in the morning, he didn’t care in the least bit! I’ll never stay there again !! I’m frequently at the Buttonville location in the past, but with the attitude shown to me in Toronto West, I’m staying elsewhere when I’m in Markham / Richmond Hill. Andrew Kirchner.

Disliked: It is not like the photo, we went as a couple, the bed is for two people, the jacuzzi is for one person, there is nothing so ridiculous and everything is very old.

Disliked: Room smelled of smoke when we got there, ac was off so it was very hot and humid and we were going straight to bed so it made for an uncomfortable sleep. The continental breakfast was barely a breakfast, very meager offering and most items were stale or empty as the staff weren't refilling. However there was about 3 staff members very rudely demanding for your breakfast voucher, even after you give it to them. Definitely won't be coming back.
