Disliked: I stayed here the night before an important exam, and my experience was extremely disappointing and concerning.When I arrived, I discovered dental floss and a dental floss pick in my bed — an obvious sign the sheets had not been changed. On top of that, there was no fitted sheet on the bed. When I informed the front desk, the staff member told me that “there was one clean sheet” and that “there doesn’t have to be a fitted sheet.” This is unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one that claims to offer clean accommodations.The room and hotel felt dirty overall, and I did not feel safe. There was no safety lock on my room door, so I moved furniture in front of it so I would wake up if someone tried to enter.Accessibility was also a major issue. The front entrance has many stairs, and there was no ramp in sight. I was hit by a drunk driver in the past and cannot carry much weight, so I was forced to carry my luggage up the stairs instead of rolling it — a painful and exhausting experience.Overall, this stay was disgusting, unsafe, and poorly managed. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially if cleanliness, safety, or accessibility are important to you.

Disliked: The sheets and covers had stains on them and when I asked for another room or new sheets. I got new sheets handed to me for me to remake the bed myself. Not so good service and the breakfeast was not the best.
