A welcoming stay with great...

Liked: I'm writing this review as a blind traveller with a focus on accessibility.On the positive side, the restaurant offers very good Italian cuisine—well-prepared, flavourful, and enjoyable. Housekeeping staff were consistently kind, polite, and maintained a clean environment throughout my stay.The Wi-Fi connection was fast and reliable; I was able to hold video calls with minimal issues.Staff were generally eager to help when approached and responded quickly to resolve a few situations that arose.
Disliked: While my stay at the hotel had some positive aspects, there were several accessibility issues that need to be addressed.There were no braille or tactile room numbers on the doors, which is a basic and essential accessibility feature.The restaurant staff did not appear to have completed AODA customer service training, as they seemed unfamiliar with how to provide basic things like sighted guide. Lots of grabbing my hand to show me where things were on the table.The room was clean, but the carpet appeared worn and overdue for replacement.During my stay, the fire alarm sounded and a scheduled power outage occurred. Unfortunately, staff did not adequately implement emergency procedures for guests with disabilities. In such situations, clear communication and support are critical.I hope Monte Carlo takes these concerns seriously and makes improvements to better serve all guests.

Liked: The property is aesthetically pleasant. Spacious rooms, up to date appliances.
Disliked: Not the cleanest. Found hair and unidentifiable brown marks in the bathtub indicating that the bathroom wasn’t cleaned fully. Staff were okay and decently pleasant.

Disliked: During my three-day stay, the only aspect that I found less than ideal was the breakfast selection, as we only had it once. The options available were somewhat limited, primarily consisting of bread, tea, and coffee.
