Liked: Everything was clean and the bed was very comfortable. High ratings are due to the staff. The young woman who checked us in (I think her name was Olga) could not have been more helpful. I messed up with Uber and she saved me and my husband by getting our problem solved. Also, the young lady in the dining room at breakfast was both friendly and helpful. A lot of hotels are comparable in terms of cleanliness and comfort, but not all have the calibre of staff at the Monte Carlo.

Overall nice hotel.

Liked: Breakfast is good with variety of items and fresh fruits. Mattress is good. Good location to reach destinations north of GTA.
Disliked: Pillows are hard. Minimum light in washroom and none near the mirrors in the room.
