Monte Carlo Inn Barrie

This hotel has terrible service. Our sheets were stained and dirty and all the management offered us was a bottle of terrible wine. This is unacceptable. I have emailed the assistant manager and he has done absolutely nothing about our complaint. I do not recommend this hotel.

Disliked: Dirty sheets with stains and no follow up or compensation.

Liked: Staff were friendly, the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The tub didn't have a plug, we called front desk to bring us one. They didnt have one for the tub, and said maintenance wouldn't be there till tomorrow which wasn't very helpful. We had to figure out a fix ourselves. The window blind was not working correctly. The coffee table was missing. We have stayed in many other rooms they all had tables. It wax just room 220, every other time the rooms have been good.

Disliked: The jacuzzi tub was disgusting, orange/ hard water. Smelly, filthy absolutely disturbing! Never again!!!!!
