Monte Carlo Boardwalk / Oceanfront Ocean City

Great trip all in all.

Liked: Location is great. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean.
Disliked: The beds are soooooo uncomfortable. I stayed 3 nights and barely slept. My daughter was in the other bed and felt the same way. Replace the mattresses!!!!!

Liked: Room size. Having a full size refrigerator. Nice few. Close to stores.
Disliked: The lady at check in was very rude and nasty. The other girl Estephany was nice and helpful. Parking awful. Pool areas were small. Beds were dirty.

Disliked: The beds were broken. Very hard to sleep or get comfortable. It was a bit dirty. You can tell it was just quickly wiped down. Not cleaned up well.

Liked: Location was very good
Disliked: The room was dirty no pressure in the showers sand in the beds before they were even slept in. Property was covered in garbage on the outside police presence nearby twice in two days.

We enjoyed staying at this...

Liked: Everything was clean and modern. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The balcony overlooking the boardwalk and beach was wonderful. Overall, everything was the perfect size for my family to be comfortable and to enjoy themselves.
Disliked: It took forever to catch the elevator. They should have at least two of them, not just one. The bathroom didn't have any towel racks or enough hooks to hang things. The room door closes entirely too slow. Parking is an issue. The designated lot for the hotel is 2 blocks away and all spaces were taken.

Won't be back paid way...

Disliked: Bed was uncomfortable, it wasn't very clean in the entire hotel.
