The hotel

Liked: Right in the boardwalk
Disliked: Had to pay extra to check in early at 3pm. Fridge was making a lot of noise. Called Multiple times and the staff was clueless told me it’s normal and the manager was going to contact me, but never did. The elevators were out of service when we check in so luggage had to be carried up to third floor with no staff to help. Hot tub was out of service because the manager did not know how to restart it.

Would not stay again.

Liked: The location was good.
Disliked: The elevators were out of service. The staff person upon check in was not very well trained and didn’t know why I had an outstanding balance when I showed him a paid in full receipt. The day staff was not well informed on a discount program offered through the hotel and when asked to clarify dismissed us and then proceeded to laugh at us with her coworkers as we stood there.

Liked: Right on the boardwalk/beach.
Disliked: 2 staff members in lobby were rude and not willing to help at all. Asked multiple times for room to be vacuumed and it never happened. Dresser was broke, no hot water, door to get into room would stick all the time and had to force it closed.

Liked: Very clean and welcoming. We had a minor problem with the shower door, and maintenance came up to make the repair within 10 minutes. The restaurant on the first floor was excellent, as we enjoyed a few breakfasts there. The balcony was large and we were able to enjoy the view on 2 hightop chairs with a larger table to accompany them. We have nothing but positives to say about the accommodations.
Disliked: I can't think of a thing that was disagreeable.
