Disliked: Hot in the hallway, no coffee at 7:30 in the morning, no milk, and breakfast was just potatoes and pancakes, there were no options, I wanted to rest and there was a lot of noise, children running through the hallway and at night people in the backyard very loud! The bathroom had some dirt stains and the carpet was very dirty. My room was 237

Disliked: There was no restaurant even though the website said there was.

Disliked: Internet doesn't work, hard to get hot water and when the internet is out, you can't watch the TV. Subpar!!! They could be a whole lot better if management cared.!

Liked: The room was excellent and comfortable.
Disliked: I did not like the fact that they advertise having a breakfast and when you get down there to the breakfast there is nothing to choose from. This is supposed to be a hotel resort as they advertise. I have been to hotel that cost less money and have received a better breakfast. If the can't get it together then so not advertise that you have breakfast. Places that say they have continental breakfast have more than they did at the time I was staying there.

Excellent Stay

Liked: Good Breakfast spread, Eco-friendly features of Montcler Hotel impressed me the most. As business traveler, access to meeting room made big difference.
Disliked: Everything exceeded my expectations. Property was well maintained, good staff, Green Hotel with several unique features - climate control in each room unlike other hotels that use window A/C.
