Liked: The bed was the most comfortable that I have ever slept in and it was clean, it was wonderful I always strip the bed when I depart, it's polite I think, normally when I do this I come across stained pillows and duvet etc, but every pillow and sheet was brand new and stain free, fantastic!The room was clean The bathroom was clean and snelt of bleach which I love.The location was spot onGreat to have a fridge in the room.The staff were lovely, our light blew on the first day, it was repaired straight away which was excellent I also liked that montclare sent an email after we left thanking us for our custom.
Disliked: I didn't like having Hotels right opposite me, I felt that I was being watched the whole time but that's just me, I don't like being overlooked, not the Hotels fault!It also took over a month for this hotel to reply back to an enquiry I raised before we stayed there, there was no need for it to take that long.The shower took a long time to warm up.A heater and a fan would have been a great addition to the room.

Liked: Good welcome from the staff.Explained everything we needed to know about our stay.Asked if we needed a hand with our luggage .

Liked: No breakfast provided, however I knew this when I booked. Location good, close to pier/beach & shops. Staff pleasant & welcoming. Close to some good cafes
Disliked: Not having private parking but luckily was able to park on main road further down (about half a mile).
