Liked: The hotel was exactly what I wanted I was on business and my son came to stay for the two nights so that was all great, the team were great
Disliked: My one gripe was when I returned after a long day of meetings my room had not been serviced and when I asked for it to be done when we were going out to dinner that evening on my return it had still not been done so that was very disappointing given the quality of the hotel

Liked: The light on the ceiling was flickering, but the staff solved it within a very short period of time.The overall experience is quite good.

Will be my only hotel...

Liked: Everything was outstanding; location, cleanliness, smiley and helpful staff. Most important the room was spacious and white like snow linen. Bathroom was very spacious. It deserved every quid I paid!!
Disliked: Nothing. All was exceptional!
