Disappointing

Liked: The location was great, quiet rooms, decent toiletries.
Disliked: Wrong luggage left in room. Bathroom needed re grouting, the room in general was average at best, small and tired looking, bed wasn't the comfiest. Roof top bar was shut, no bars open in the hotel when we returned at 10 30 after seeing a show. The following evening there was one bar open however only half the area available as they had set out tables for the breakfast service. Better hotels available for the price.

Liked: The staff, service and facilities were excellent.Deniz on the desk was brilliant, the spa was extremely well run and relaxing. The girls who served breakfast were really friendly and funny. Brilliant stay. Will be back.

Amazing hotel

Liked: Staff were extremely friendly, couldn't do enough for you.ver helpful and gave us a bottle if wine as an apology when bags not brought up. Got welcome drink on arrival which was lovely. Great location easy walk to tube, few bars and shops
Disliked: Toilets in rooftop barElectric panel for lighting etc in bedroom was hard to work out and quite difficult to useSome shops closed at weekends aa business area
