Luxury with feeling your stay...

Liked: The hotell was great. The staff was very helpfull and they know how to do customer service at first-class level. They made our feel like we were seen and they really wanted to do our stay unforgettable. The breakfast was great and the staff at the breakfast restaurant was also first-class level. We had more luxury what we expected. The room was excellent.
Disliked: Location was little bit too far from the citycentre. The food at the first floor restaurant was a little bit disappointment.

Liked: I actually liked everything, room was nice they have chrome cast on the tvs now which is something when I came here 2 years ago wasn’t available
Disliked: Please upgrade your blow dryers, they do not get hot enough to blow dry anyone with curlier hair. I do believe for the price you pay each night a Wahl,had or Dyson hairdryer could be in the rooms which is suitable for all hair types

Disliked: Staff were not helpful, issues with bags being looked after at end of stay and room preferences were not taken on board despite speaking with reception ahead of check in. Did not feel listened to. Rooms were dated and pillows uncomfortable.

A great find

Liked: Beautiful room that had everything we could possibly need. We appreciated the bottled water and the very nice toiletries in the bathroom. Although the hotel was busy, our room was very quiet. Staff were unfailingly friendly.
Disliked: The entrance from the lifts to the breakfast room felt chaotic. Staff were really helpful despite the demands of some rather rude guests.
