Disliked: The staff was rude- for a hotel this expensive there should be more attentive staff. Also lots of billing mistakes. Still waiting for my deposit to get given back to me No Gluten free food options at restaurant

Brilliant hotel with amazing facilities

Liked: We loved our stay at the Yacht Club as part of our honeymoon. The hotel had excellent facilities, with a beautiful pool and lots of other fun activities that guests could enjoy during their stay. Our room was a great size with an amazing balcony looking out over the harbour. We loved the complimentary services provided by the hotel, such as a free shuttle into the Montauk main town, free bicycles and our favourite bit was the complimentary sunset boat tour over lake Montauk. This hotel is an excellent place to stay to combine exploring Montauk whilst being able to relax in luxury after a day out sightseeing. Wed definitely consider staying here again.
Disliked: For us we found the location just a bit far from Montauk village. This made it a bit hard to go out for meals, especially if you like an alcoholic drink. We also found the hotel a bit big; which if you’re looking for a romantic stay doesn’t offer the same level of intimacy as a smaller boutique hotel.

Liked: Staff were amazing and the location of the hotel was superb. Everything was so comfortable and well kept. Great having paddle boards on site.

Liked: Everything. Great place to be in Montauk. Rooms were nice and clean, good facilitets and very kind personal, especially pool crew ( Luka and Benjamin) and main desk staff.
