Overall, a great place to...

Liked: Convenient right off the highway, staff was excellent, beds were comfortable
Disliked: One elevator was broken, saw a few areas that needed some TLC in the lobby.

We stayed only one night...

Liked: We liked how spacious the room was, and it didn’t seem too busy guest wise which made us feel more secure. We stayed with our 5 year old, and we still had an area for everything we had packed. The noon check out really allowed us time to catch up on sleep.
Disliked: I can’t really think of anything, it was kind of cold in our room upon check in but that was an easy fix.

Bad

Liked: It was very dirty, the room I had booked was completely a mess the bed wasn’t even made with blankets on the floor. Second room I got didn’t feel safe and the elevator felt very unsafe as well. So we left that hotel and booked another that was much better!

Liked: Room 3309. 4/12/25 (one night stay)It’s a good location for road tripping, right off the highway and plenty of restaurants. Check-in was smooth. The room was nice and clean and smelled acceptable overall. Just a couple small hairs in the tub and slightly crummy mini fridge. The bed was comfortable and included foam and feather pillows. The drink vending machines card reader doesn’t work and only takes $1 dollar bills. It’s good value for what you get, however I would not add that there is a view to the room listing. Ours looked out to an empty lot from the 3rd floor. The front desk staff is attentive and respectful. Breakfast starts at 6am however breakfast was still being set out at 6:30. Breakfast included coffee, cereal, muffins, bagels & bread, yogurt, fruit cups, boiled eggs, juice machine. Only one of the two elevators was in service when we stayed. The hotel seems like it’s seen glory days as there’s a beautiful fountain in the center of the spacious lobby that doesn’t seem to work. There is however a grand piano in the lobby with an abundance of seating. Well kept overall and comfortable for a nights stay!
