Liked: Spacious and fairly well equipped kitchen.
Disliked: One of the beds in the twin room was very worn out and uncomfortable. The whole unit could do with a fresh coat of paint.

Liked: Nice and private place, friendly staff and was cheap. Definitely will check availability there on our next gc trip

Liked: Good location considering all the construction along the gold coast highway - it was super quiet :-)
Disliked: The locks on the doors didnt feel quite as secure as I'm used to; I prefer deadlocks where possible.

Disliked: Lounges in need of a good deep clean, sliding doors to need some maintenance (lubricant) due to age and bathroom facilities were dusty (handrails, bench tops and cup holders).
