The Inn was a historical/cozy...

Liked: Historic property with period furnishings. Nice rooms, library, plenty of seating opportunities, patio, large grounds. Host gave us a tour and spoke of building history.
Disliked: Very small sink was in the bedroom proper and not in the bathroom. No spot to put toiletries. Very awkward. Dresser held tv - no space to spread belongings.

Liked: Good food. Great value. Nice place with rich history.
Disliked: Late check-in person needs hospitality training. Bathroom was outside of the bedroom in the hallway, but it was considered a private bath because no one else was using it but us.

Beautiful Historic Bed & Breakfast

Liked: Beautiful location in a historic home still decorated with beautiful storage Furnishings in a beautiful location along the river the setting perfect for a wedding and was wonderful for one night while traveling with a great breakfast in the morning!

Liked: Met expectations as a bed & breakfast well. An actual home from the late 1920's that qualifies as a mansion., just slightly the worse for wear, but still very elegant. Our room was large and comfortable, with a clean modern bathroom and its own sitting room. A lot of luxury for a b&b. The hot breakfast presented in a large dining room was good. The staff was friendly and informative; yet the price was extremely reasonable. Close to downtown Saginaw, which is making a significant comeback. This is a great alternative to cookie cutter chain motels, and not far off I-75 and 675. M-13 goes right by it and is main St. Saginaw.
