Great stay - well invested...

Liked: Excellent room - quiet and good quality fit out / decoration. Well invested and good standard on all counts.
Disliked: This week they are redecorating reception and lounge - will be great within days but a little strained this visit.

I wouldn’t stay here again

Liked: Extremely friendly staff and location
Disliked: The facilities. The hotel didn’t have running water for one whole evening and night until the following day around noon. You can imagine how inconvenient that is. I wrote to the manager asking to be compensated for that one night and never heard back

Lovely hotel in a nice...

Liked: Lovely room and decor. Staff extremely helpful.
Disliked: Location. Taxis seemed to have difficulty locating the property until we said we were down the street from the Swedish Embassy. There is another hotel with a similar name so that made it confusing for taxis drivers even when providing the exact address. It is a long walk to Oxford St.

Nice hotel but won't be...

Liked: Building was nice
Disliked: Smell of paint throughout especially are room which we wasn't made aware of when booking. Room was extremely hot even when we turned the cooling on to full and struggled to sleep due to this fact

Liked: Location was great. Bed linen and towels felt fresh and clean.
Disliked: This is a tired, unloved and unmodern hotel in dire need of a refurb. Paint is scraped off the wall in places, limescale ridden shower, not enough power sockets, no USB charging facilities, poor lighting, central heating not working.
