Liked: Great location, comfortable bed, nice room decor, good coffee machine in the room
Disliked: We were given basement rooms which had frosted windows as they looked out below street level. The noise of footfall from the dining room/ staff room above was noisy. Simple things with the room that should have been better for the cost; soap dish but no soap, the room safe didn’t work, the blind was broken and didn’t come down fully, no sanitary bags for sanitary disposal, sizeable gap under the door letting the light in from corridor, towel rail didn’t work. Nothing major but enough to disappoint for the cost.

Basic room, expensive price

Liked: Its location to where I was visiting the following day
Disliked: The room door had a gap which meant you could see into the stairwell, the chain lock for the door was broken. I thought the property had room service but this was just for a continental breakfast. It was a struggle to move past the bed to the bathroom as it is so close. There is a hatch above the shower with a hole which didn’t make me feel very comfortable. It was also very loud, not the hotels fault but I could clearly hear everyone walking around above me.
