Liked: We liked everything about Monsieur John Hotel Particulier. It is located right in the centre of Old Montreal, within walking distance of the main attractions. The area was fun and lively. Our room was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel decor was lovely, with some fun, interesting features. We would highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Montreal

Liked: We loved everything about our stay. The location was ideal. The hotel was quirky and modern in design. We very comfortably shared the room as a family of 3 adults thanks to the clever Murphy bed. Even with the extra bed down, the room was still uncrowded. The bathroom was large and well appointed. The hotel restaurant was delicious, and the staff was friendly.

Liked: Location is GREAT to tour Old Quebec City! Staff is friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was good. This is a classy hotel that tries to be a little quirky.
Disliked: 1) Room was not large. Two large wardrobes didn't help; one had a stack of drawers that no one uses, the other had a mini-kitchen with service for four (not needed). 2) Hallways are so dark it is hard to find your room number.

Liked: The location was excellent - right in the middle of the Old Town. The room was spotless & very comfortable. Although situated in a bustling area of town, it was quiet and relaxing in our lovely room. We would highly recommend Monsieur Jean- Hotel Particulier for a fabulous stay in Old Quebec City.
