Liked: The location of the hotel is convenient. Generally speaking the hotel looked really nice (although the room actually looked nicer than it was comfortable)
Disliked: - The staff appeared to be stressed out as it was a busy day. I had a terrible encounter with one clerk in particular at the front desk. I needed assistance for a specific issue and did not feel supported or valued as a customer at all. I don't believe I will be going back there unfortunately.- Several bugs in the room.- Toilet bowl was dirty.

Great Central Location

Liked: The hotel was wonderful! The location is great in old Quebec City. We could walk to all of the sights. The staff was helpful and made you feel very welcome. The room had a dedicated shower and the bathroom had heated floors. We were in Quebec City for 1 week, and spent an additional week in Montreal. The hotel has laundry machines for guests to use, which is a nice feature. Very convenient.
