Uniquely well designed hotel property...

Liked: Very well designed and decorated boutique hotel with little touches that seem to make them stand out from other hotels. Large bottle of water in room upon arrival, sparkling water in exercise area, exceptional bed lining and one of the most comfortable beds of any hotel. Location in old town Quebec City and staff were excellent. Library and short story machine were a bonus with welcome 2 for 1 lounge drinks.
Disliked: Hallways were little dark trying to showcase the sparkling ceilings.

Liked: The facility was so quirky and cool - everywhere was a treat for eyes. We went to bar for a drink… and stayed for two.

Liked: Room was lovely. Small kitchen great. Very nice bathroom. The bed was a bit too soft and squishy for my liking. The room temperature was a bit warm, but not a big deal. Overall, really nice room and I would recommend this hotel. The bar/lounge area was very nice and staff were great. Front desk staff was great.
Disliked: The bed was a bit too soft, not great for my bad back. The heat in the room cold not be adjusted and was a bit warm for me.
