Lovely stay in central but...

Liked: Location of hotel. Light and airy feel. Very clean. Lovely staff. Restaurant on site, although not owned by hotel.
Disliked: Shower was awful. Very tight car parking.

Best location in Granada

Liked: Perfect location to walk to the cathedral area or catch a bus either to the Alhambra or to the San Nicolas Mirador/Albaycin area. Clean fairly comfortable (pillows not to my liking), fairly quiet with just the faint sound of people taking at the outdoor restaurant just below my 2nd floor window. Not really bothersome at all. Very nice breakfast and courteous staff. I would definitely stay here again

Liked: Location excellent for viewing processions during Santa semana. Loud and crowded at times but part of the experience.Front desk staff were very helpful to a couple of Canadians with limited spanish.Rooms were reasonably quiet when balcony door and windows shut tight
Disliked: Room was small but on level for price pointPillows were very soft and lumpy (maybe a plus for some people...)Towels not changed over our 3 day stayThe minimal complementary supplies (teabags) were old and fell apart on opening

Liked: Great hotel, staff were friendly and helpful. Location was superb, only a 5 min walk to the Albacin / food and shops.I would definitely return to this hotel on our next visit.

Liked: Excellent location, staff very helpful, room very comfortable and everything was so clean and fresh. The cafe area was busy, friendly and great for breakfast.
