Liked: Upon arriving at the hotel, all I wanted was to get some sleep. To my surprise, I found that the air conditioner in the room was emitting a continuous and unbearable noise, making it impossible for me to rest. After discussing the issue with the reception, I was initially told that there were no available rooms. However, when they realized the severity of the situation, they offered me another room. Unfortunately, the same problem persisted in the alternate room, leaving me in a very uncomfortable situation. I contacted Booking.com last night to address the issue, and they assured me of a refund for the night.This morning, the manager of the Garden Hotel approached me to address the issue. He asked me to accompany him to the room in question and then closed the door. Afterward, he took on an extremely aggressive and disrespectful demeanor, accusing me of lying and being untrustworthy. This left me feeling scared and unsafe. To add to the distress, he grabbed my suitcase and demanded that I leave the hotel immediately.

Liked: Staff was exceptional, from the front desk to the cheery and super-efficient woman manning the breakfast buffet. There was NO NOISE at all at night & the bed was comfortable, so we slept soundly.
