Liked: Brilliant location right near checkpoint Charlie. In such a big city we found this to be a good central point. The rooms were really comfortable and a good size with brilliant facilities. Staff were also really helpful.
Disliked: Nothing we didn't like!

Disliked: After being told that I can't cancel my reservation a month before, I arrived at the hotel afterall and was told my reservation doesn't exist. The lovely receptionist had to hold me for half an hour while she basically created a new reservation on the spot.So the hotel helpdesk told me there is no way to cancel my reservation, and then, upon hearing that I won't be coming anyway, cancelled my room behind my back, without any form of compensation.I understand hotel can just decide not to refund reservations. But saying this and then just reusing a room for other guests while I still technically didn't place cancellation is grossly disgusting practice.

Liked: Room size was great with a nice bathroom, reception staff were very friendly and helpful and allowed us to leave our bags before check in. Also special mention to the cleaning staff they kept our room lovely and clean and even folded our pajamas which was very sweet. Location was also perfect you're 2 mins away from the U-bahn making it really easy to get about the city.
Disliked: The bedside lights didn't work and the seal of the showerdoor didn't really work and the bathroom would get quite wet. The water temp was little funny as well and would switch from hot to cold a few times but not enough to really complain about at the time.
