You get what you pay...

Liked: I have been coming to this hotel for many years and it feels luke its going downhill as far as hotel quality, they dont clean the room every day and missing the charm they had a year ago.The staff is super nice and helpful and the pool people are very friendly.
Disliked: Not cleaning the room every day

Far below expectations

Liked: Location. Pool.
Disliked: I used to come to Mondrian whenever I was visiting Miami and always loved it. Now I returned after 7 years and was shocked. The rooms were very dirty, facilities ran down. I will not be coming back. The hotel requires a serious refurbishment at this stage.
