Liked: Nothing I wish I stay in another hotel they give us a dirty room and then they change it for me to other room but in queen bed very bad. I don’t recommend it.

Disliked: We arrived for 7 nights, we changed 4 rooms during this time, each room had a different malfunction, once the water in the shower did not work, the second time there was noise from the air conditioner and the third time it was bad from the alarm.In addition, every day there is a different price for a bed in the pool for hotel guests as well

Disliked: Some staff were questionable but it was the spa which was most disappointing to say the least! Received a text on a promotion the spa were doing so I went and booked it the girl on the desk looked at me like I was talking a different language and didn’t know what the promotion was but said she booked me in? Next morning I arrive on time and was waiting 45 mins to then be told the massage lady hasn’t arrived and she’d be probably another hour or so .. this was my last day what a waste of a last morning. So I didn’t get the massage so do not bother wasting your time with spa!
