Liked: This place is super confortable for families because of the spacious rooms and kitchen facilitiesMost of the staff are nice and helpfull, very welcoming and good service
Disliked: If you have kids they are bot always welcome around the pool since the pool managers wants to keep the adults “happy” and without the playfulness of the kids.I love this place but that part ruind most of my experience

Liked: The room was filthy, the bathroom was so dirty it looked like it had not been properly cleaned for years. The valley were rude and the security guard to enter the pool area wanted to look in my bag asking me why I had a bottle of water with me (in 30degree heat) for the price paid this is not a luxury hotel. Run down, and very negative energy all round.

Uncomfortable full size beds, even...

Liked: Good location. Nice pool wirh a great view.
Disliked: Just be aware, in booking.com they advertised as they have queen beds rooms but the one we stayed was full beds and they insisted not to believe us they were full. We were 3 adults and beds were very small to share, very uncomfortable. It is a nice hotel with good pool but room situation made our vacation uncomfortable.
