Good option for London, breakfast...

Liked: Nice locationNice room with steam shower, large comfortable bedTea coffee facilitiesNice bar downstaira for relaxed sitting and having a drink.We had a very quiet room on 5th floor.
Disliked: Breakfast (despite formally being other partner company) definitely not upto the 5 star hotel rating. Service is overwhelmed massively without being fully booked, long waiting times for served breakfast. Taste is okay but nothing special. Coffee only standard, no other milk specialities(they are charged extra)

Shhh! Don’t let anyone know...

Liked: Possibly one of the best I’ve stayed in, not so much for luxury (although it is stylish and very comfortable) but for the attention to detail and extras. Staff were welcoming and helpful! Just such a great, contemporary vibe too. The pool and rooftop bar was amazing especially with the good weather. We really did feel like we were abroad. Well done Virgin!
Disliked: Nothing to complain about. The air conditioning seemed not to be responsive so was not cold enough. The rooftop bar is run by a separate company. The service and attitude towards customers varied considerably although they treated us well and even provided complimentary pasties on my birthday!
