Enjoyable stay and would definitely...

Liked: Fab location near lots of great restaurants and a short walk to cool shops. We didn’t check out the rooftop pool but heard great things about it. Staff was friendly and check-in was easy. We enjoyed the new lounge bar and enjoyed listening to records. Our room had a great view.
Disliked: The light switch for the bathroom in our room was near the bed which was a little awkward. Wish the lounge bar had a few more vegetarian food options for snacks.

Disliked: The room was not ready for check in for quite a while and we were under pressure to get to the event we were going to. Clearly the room was double booked and we were asked if we could check in once we came back from our event which would of been around 10pm or later. Very bad start to the stay

Liked: Nice atmosphere and SOME lovely staff, Johnny night manager was a star as were reception staff. Very clean, however trip was spoilt by the ridiculously small room, ludicrously overpriced drinks and the fact that whilst we there we were victims of theft! Done by staff!!! My mother hired an electric wheelchair, she ended up not using it, so we were told we could store it in another room. When the wheelchair was collected, the cushioned seat part was missing!!! So SOMEBODY within their staff is light fingered and had the nerve to steal this cushioned seat. The day manageress (whatever her name was) then made it worse by being snotty to me and claiming there was no seat upon delivery, which there blatantly was! Made my blood boil! So my family and the wheelchair company hallucinated the cushioned seat on mass did we??? So, my advice is go elsewhere, somewhere with space, more reasonably priced drinks, better facilities and staff who don't lie to cover up theft!
