Overpriced and disappointing. Hotel didn’t...

Liked: Breakfast wasn’t included.
Disliked: The noise above our suite, chairs being moved and could hear music from bar.Maids waking us up at 8.30am for room service despite telling them not to.Pool cold.Thick dust around bed. Extremely loud air con that sounded like toilet flushing.

Fantastic room, amazing staff, great...

Liked: The room was incredibly comfy, the bed absolutely enormous and all really clean. Lovely amenities. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly, they all went above and beyond.
Disliked: Unfortunately there was some event downstairs/next door to the property which resulted in extremely loud outside/on street noise until 4:30am. Though the hotel couldn’t have helped this, being a central London location (and staying on the 4th floor) I was surprised there seemed to be no degree of sound proofing on the windows at all. Also the kitchen was short staffed meaning our room service breakfast took 1.5hr to arrive. However, hotel staff were extremely apologetic about both issues and did all they could to make up for it.

Brilliant hotel, would stay again

Liked: Great location, lovely rooms very clean and modern, we had a larger room which had plenty of space. Bright and quiet despite location Pool area great, sun trap with lovely terrace.
