Disliked: breakfast poor sausage still raw tattie scone not cooked either tea and coffee haphazard

Disgusting.

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Room was filthy with toenail clippings on the floor and dust a centimetre think on the wardrobe. Paper thin walls with couple next door arguing and loud music. We left at 11 pm as we couldn’t stay the night due to all listed above. Management have ignored my request for a refund and haven’t even apologised for the state of the room.

Liked: Receptionist was very pleasant, but
Disliked: Far too much noise from internal and external as I was the first room on the ground floor. Kept me up most of the night.

Liked: The evening meal was beautiful
Disliked: The receptionist wasn't very friendly on the Sunday and 2 of the chamber maids were very miserable.

Comfortable 2night stay

Liked: Clean and everything you needed food was really good and service was good too. We was going to the Royal island show and was well please for getting to it.
Disliked: Noise from nightclub across both nights
