Nice staff, excellent location and...

Perfect location, friendly staff, but...

Liked: Supernice staff at the front desk, smiling (Martina in particular), plus we got a little upgrade. Bed and bathroom were clean. We are returning guests (with fond memories from 11 years ago).
Disliked: In ten years of business travel, this was the dustiest room I have ever stayed in. They just refresh the sheets and clean the bathroom, but they simply do not dust. And we stayed four nights. Corridors & rooms need better lighting as well.

Liked: The location and the design
Disliked: The thermostat in the room was not working and has not been repaired during our stay, The hairdryer was on the cheap side and as soon as I started using it stopped working. The room was on the small side and quite dark. We were under the impression that the breakfast was included (probably my misunderstanding when I booked) but we ended up paying almost 50 euro more per day than expected.

Liked: Room very good comfy and safe. Breakfast I only had once wasn't too bad and very good location. Train station very near and the market was good. Sites were not too far from hotel apart from other locations.
Disliked: Hard to say what not too like. The breakfast wasn't too bad but the some choices I didn't like. But night before I got sick but that was my fault. When I saw the sausages and that the cappuccino wasn't too bad I was happy enough
