Very good

Liked: Staff are so friendly and helpful , my wallet got robbed and there was no issue in getting another key for the room and staff made sure I was okay , very clean and good location.

Staff were very nice and...

Liked: Excellent location for Museum Island and for public transport to everywhere else in Berlin.
Disliked: Bedroom was quite small - would have been cramped for 2 people but was fine for one

Fabulous

Liked: Lovely hotel. Huge room. 1 minute walk from train station. Next to restaurants. Lovely toiletries in bathroom. Very comfy bed. Quiet during the night.
Disliked: No coffee/tea/kettle in room.
