Liked: The staff were amazing. From the moment we arrived (at 7:00 in the a.m.) they couldn't be more helpful. Although we couldn't check in they suggested options for breakfast, sightseeing and places to visit. The Rooms was one of those suggestions and we couldn't have been more thrilled with the time spent there. The staff in The Bistro were exceptional and we want to give a big shout-out to Jane. She is just such a lovely young woman and made our start to every morning a delight. The hotel is away from the downtown area and we really loved that. The walk to Downtown St. John's got us going every day.

Liked: Our suite was exceptionally roomy . Well appointed . Had the jacuzzi that we didn’t use but would have given a few more days . Having the Bistro on site was a great bonus .
