Perfect little Paris getaway

Liked: Very good location, very friendly staff (owner suggested great restaurants in the area, was attentive), very Parisian/boutique style, ideal for a couple’s getaway.
Disliked: Nothing…

Most expensive herbal tea I’ve...

Liked: Nice big bed.
Disliked: We stayed for 2 nights, the first night was fine. On both evenings we came back to the hotel with my son & his wife for a herbal tea after dinner, we were offered a selection of teabags to choose from & given a pot of boiling water, all good. Our 2nd night was very disturbed by the guest in the only other room on our floor - she was noisily entertaining at least 1 man for several hours (it could’ve been just one man but the lift, also next to our room, was being used regularly) Obviously this was not the fault of the hotel but I do feel the hotel could’ve dealt with the situation better. After mentioning the situation to the front desk the next morning we were handed the bill for the 7 teabags & 1 bottle of water we’d had and it was €71! Firstly, how are you charging 9/10 euros for a teabag & secondly, good customer service might’ve seen you exclude this from our bill given the rubbish night we had just described? A word of advice to customers: check the bar prices before ordering.

Liked: Good location. Very kind and good receptionist and staffs. Room is very quiet and very nice interior.

Fantastic hospitality

Liked: This is a gem of a hotel, ideally placed for the nice part of Montmartre (not too touristy but close to the nice shops, cafes and restaurants). Our host (the owner) was so welcoming and lovely. The staff were very helpful and informative too. The hotel had everything we needed, including very welcome air-con! When revisiting Paris we would definitely stay there again.

A great little hotel in...

Liked: The Room was really nice, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom very nice and clean. The breakfast was extensive. The location of the hotel couldn't be in a better location with the Sacre Coer around the corner. In the middle of Montmatre.
