Mom'Art Paris stay May 2nd...

Liked: The location at the bottom of Sacre Coeure is perfect, with shops, cafes and a supermarket on the same street as the hotel and all the cobbled streets of Monmartre just round the corner. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was large enough, quiet, and the beds very comfy. The shower was great and posh soaps/shampoo/ conditioner provided- plenty there in large fixed containers. They let us leave our bags at the hotel on the last day after checkout, which was at 12pm. The breakfast room looked picturesque, although we didn't try the breakfast. It was really a very comfortable stay. I would recommend it.
Disliked: The only thing that annoyed me was that they insisted on putting a €300 deposit on my card, even though I had already paid in full in advance!! I wasn't expecting this and wasn't clear why. To be fair, the receptionist was apologetic about it, and they didn't actually charge my card, and cancelled it at checkout, but it was a bit stressful and not something I've ever had to do before. It was quite an expensive hotel and sold as an art hotel, but I didn't notice any art!! In fact the decor generally was quite dark/ drab. The breakfast was expensive €19, so we didn't bother with it. The price wasn't really for the hotel, but the location in my opinion, although it was a good hotel overall.

Great hotel in the heart...

Liked: Clean, thoughtfully decorated and spacious. We stayed at a suite and it was light and welcoming.Location wise it was so close to everything and Sacré-Coeur. Staff members are very friendly and helpful.We will definitely come back next time we visit Paris.

Few unprofessional actions ruined my...

Liked: LocationRoom was agreeable The receptionist who worked the night shift on the 13/4, she was kind.Room was super clean.Housekeeping crew is gentle.
Disliked: - The receptionist who takes the morning shift was not professional at all, I ask him questions about the room he mocks me, it was upon check in. - One afternoon I returned to the hotel to go to my room, and the entire hotel was locked in could not enter. I waited outside in the heat, and no one was responding when i ring the bell. The door was opened after a while by the same receptionist in a manner un professional. And he said, there is no one other than me who works here, it is normal to lock the door when I do other things. So BE careful that could happen to any guest.- there is no room service after 12:00 pm. - Not worth ruining your trip and mind set here.
