Great owners, ideal location, clean...

Liked: The owners were lovely and very accommodating, the breakfast was great and my sons request for a sausage sandwich was met amazingly. The room was lovely and warm, and very clean and the rear parking was a huge bonus.
Disliked: The only thing I would change was we couldn't get some of the basic channels on the TV, like BBC 1 or 2, which was annoying as there was something we wanted to watch but it wasnt the end of the world. I would have gone and got the owners but it was late and they'd advised they went to bed early so we just watched something else instead.

Great weekend away and great...

Liked: The owners were very helpful and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble for them and the breakfast was very nice all in all a very nice guest house with sea views we will definitely be visiting them again in the future!!
Disliked: Nothing !! everything was good and just what we needed for our weekend away!!

Liked: Near the beach front and town centre and had parking
Disliked: The room was poor drafty smelt damp and cold shower had black mould, was not happy in it. Arrived approx 3.30pm left 6.30pm, and the room was over priced for what it was.

Liked: Location was great, hosts were very welcoming catered for the dog and us, made a lovely breakfast one veggie & one Full English made us feel very welcomed, told us about different places to go for food & drinks
Disliked: Room was a little warm for us but cooled down once opened the window!
