Fantastic
Liked: This simply is an absolutely lovely hotel. The pool is epic, the location is so very good, specially when visiting roland garros. And breakfast is byond.

Beautiful place to put on...
Liked: It's an iconic building, it's really cool to stay here and come back as many times as it is possible. The rooms are very comfortable and the food is great.

Nice iconic location but overpriced

Disliked: Trays with dirty dishes left in staircases (at multiple location), staff was ok but not particularly welcoming, paint job to be redone on multiple places of the hotel

Liked: The hotel is nice the staff were helpful. The room was very nice clean and comfortable.
Disliked: It was very disappointing to arrive to find the outdoor pool was shut due to planned work! One of the reasons we chose this hotel. Feel a message in advance to tell us this should have been sent .

Wonderful installations, but a bit...
Liked: Great location, fantastic room service, rooms and bathrooms were nice and comfortable, breakfast room was very beautiful and breakfast was great. Loved the Clarins toiletries in the room. Some cool drawings in the elevators. Pools are amazing, and we can see a lot of care go into them (stayed during the yearly maintenance, and it was great to see all the work being done in the main pool).
Disliked: Didn't like that windows won't open completely, shower had a lot of lint/ dust on top of the shower head (felt it when I went to adjust the position); even though there were two people in a room, there was only one beverage of each kind in each frigobar, and only two welcoming chocolates, even though we had two connecting rooms and were three persons. Nespresso special recyclable capsules tend to get stuck in the machine. Line to check in at 6:30 PM (not acceptable in a 5 star hotel). But what was really annoying was that I asked for a (fully paid) late late checkout, and during the day the room was not serviced, so when we got back before our flight at night we had no clean towels and the beverages hadn't been replaced. Also, there was a misunderstanding at the reception regarding this late checkout, and even though it was finally resolved after some stressful moments, my suggestion was that the protocols be revised - some flights to my country are very late at night, so late checkouts are important are important to me, and I would thing to other guests as well.
