Liked: I’ve stayed here several times before, for the pools and the great rooftop restaurant.
Disliked: I arrived for this stay as a treat for my mum and 5 year old son, paying an extortionate amount of money for a pool view in joining rooms. I arrived to find the pool completely empty - we were looking out at our view on people cleaning it for the duration of our stay with no notice or warning. The rooftop was shut (I was informed I was ‘just meant to know it was out of season’) and after speaking to a woman who claimed she was the hotel manager, alongside being told they had notified booking.com about the pool (they didn’t) and they offered zero compensation for my stay. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere - you would literally only stay here for the facilities, so quite frankly it was a complete waste of money.

Disliked: Poor menu at the restaurant. I dont like overloadef gym and no mat at cardio training room!! All mats are at special room which is clozed which is not ok.
