Perfect location, friendly staff.

Liked: Location was perfect. Nice and clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked: The breakfast was very simple.

I would not go back...

Liked: Breakfast was really good.
Disliked: Air conditioning was not functioning we had to change room. Tight room. Shower tight.

Liked: Just the view out of the window
Disliked: AC was close to non existent. Extremely humid couldn’t sleep. Spoke to staff and they flat out denied that it’s not working. Other guests complained of the same thing too. Pillows were awful. Very uncomfortable sleep. shower gel wasn’t filled to the top. No hand wash in the dispenser. Overall would never return.

Liked: It was clean
Disliked: Room was hot. Can’t change the AC temperature. Noisy and I cam hear the street traffic whole night

No proper aircon or elevators

Liked: The high ceilings in the room and the colour of the walls.
Disliked: No proper air condition, elevators don’t work and are for 2 people only, shower cubicles are too small to use. Very old bathroom.
