Liked: We enjoyed our stay, it was a quiet and peaceful place and the grounds were lovely. The staff was very attentive and the room was clean. The location was in excellent proximity to area attractions.
Disliked: The AC didn't work well and was loud. Fortunately it was very cool when we stayed so it wasn't really an issue. cable TV didn't work well (some channels were fuzzy like the old antenna tvs, other channels froze) but we managed. The worst was the constant texts every day about office hours, pool hours, etc. We were checked out and home and still receiving texts at about 6 and then about 8pm that evening.

This motel was relatively inexpensive...

Liked: Convenient to interstate, town center and attractions. The room was clean and recently updated and the bathroom was large, recently retiled and it easy for the two of us to use at the same time. The outdoor pool was nice, clean and excellent for beating the heat while we were there. This is an older property but has been well taken care of and was in good shape.
Disliked: There were areas where steps were much higher than normal. Outside our door and from one level to another on the sidewalk leading to the office. The metal rails on the steps leading to the office were not solidly anchored and wobbled when you grabbed them.

Convenient location, needs updates, cleaning...

Liked: Good location
Disliked: We had a condo. The refrigerator was small and I was told before arriving that the condo had a full size refrigerator. Not only was the refrigerator small, the refrigerator was not cold, my husband turned it up to get colder and it never did get cold and we threw some of our food out because we did not trust the refrigerator. Very disappointed with the refrigerator. Also, we thought the condo would have at least one roll of paper towel. I had to use a bath hand towel to dry dishes. The coffee maker needed a good cleaning or replaced, very dirty. We requested towels for the next day and were told that housekeeping would bring the towels the next morning, we never received our towels and had to retrieve our towels after being out all day and into the evening. Very disappointing. We also felt that the condo was not thoroughly cleaned before our arrival because the floors were dirty.

Disliked: The fire pit could not be used. Brought stuff for s’mores. Pictures show ot working

Liked: Beds were comfortable, staff checked in frequently to see if we needed anything, and indoor and outdoor pool were both nice

Liked: The staff was amazing!
Disliked: We had some noise issues on our first night, due to the people staying next to us. The front desk staff made it right and swapped our room for us and gave us a free upgrade. That room was absolutely perfect. We enjoyed the rest of our stay
