Great place to stay for...

Liked: Friendly staff, great location, had everything I needed (toaster and crockery on request, kettle, milk, fridge, microwave). Nice that they have a pool and area to sit around it.
Disliked: Bathroom was a bit old and the tub (shower flooring) was chipped and stained. Also noise from the street as it's on a pretty busy intersection. Street does quieten down at night though.

Only thing not budget about...

Liked: The pictures on the booking site. Clean.
Disliked: Very dated space and furniture. Not all functional or comfortable. Difficult to reach kettle and crockery in bottom of cupboard. Bed soft and spongy. Pillows thin and only 2. Noise from busy road and surrounding rooms.
