Exceptional

Good

Liked: Location was good. Ambience and all was good too.
Disliked: Air conditioning in room no. 214 was making noise. Has to turn off and sleep. Stayed on 19th night of April.

Liked: its close to the airport and it has a shuttle bus
Disliked: The staff kept lying to us about the room. We asked if it had air conditioning and it did not . The water pressure in the shower was terrible. All in all, not what it was before Covid. Will not stay there again. Even their restaurant used to be excellent not anymore. It looks like it is ready to shut down.

Disliked: The free shuttle bus wasn't available in the afternoon, so we had to pay an additional fee of 20 Swiss francs. We were not informed of that by the hotel staff when we arrived or prior the booking.
