Liked: Great location right next to public transport, really good breakfast
Disliked: The sound proofing in between the rooms is not great. The man in the room next to me was snoring all night and it was just as loud as if I’d shared a room with him.

Disliked: AC unit I think is not working - i had to open the 2 windows.. (reported but no one came)

Negatively surprised

Liked: Really nice first impression on arrival. Great interiors in lobby area. Competent stuff while checking out.
Disliked: I booked a double room but was given a twin room. Since I arrived too late at night, I didn’t have the time and energy to go all the way back and discuss it but I wouldn’t have expected it given the price difference and reputation of the hotel. Furniture in the room looked quite old. Shower had was a disaster.

Liked: Everything was beautiful. Would definitely stay again. Views from the rooms were amazing. The cave bar had such a cozy and warm welcome.Such a fantastic base to see Hamburg from and soo very full of character too
