Liked: Location was quite and close to down town.
Disliked: The property was in shambles. Don't know how the ratings were so high. Wrecked automobiles, trailers, things stacked in front of the doors of the rooms, looked like a homeless shelter. No one was at property at 4p. Called number and didn't answer, twice.

Liked: I’m staying at a motel 6 in a different city. But it doesn’t compare to what I had at the Modoc Inn. I asked for a single bag. Nothing gave me a double even though I didn’t need it plus it had a refrigerator with the freezer and microwave. The place was small, but the price in the room was fantastic compared to where I am right now.
Disliked: Tv, the angle to be able to watch it from the bed, made everything kind of dark on the screen. It was tilted down a little bit and might’ve seen things better.
