Excellent choice for downtown Madrid

Liked: We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable with all the amenities needed. Especially the bathroom impressed us. The breakfast was amazing, much better than what we had anticipated. The hotel is located at the heart of Puerta del Sol and it's walking distance to Museo del Prado and many other attractions. We had the 6th floor comfort room with a terrace and it was very quiet despite being in the center of the city. We'd definitely stay there again.
Disliked: The reception is very basic though, very small so when guests need to check in there's barely anywhere to sit. Other than that, we give a thumbs up.

An Awesome Nook

Liked: The location is superb. The senior receptionist is very kind, amiable and professional. He is doing his job passionately. The room is nice and comfy.
Disliked: There's some renovations going on and its inevitable noise but that was fine for us. But the worse was the guests next to our room. There were two teenagers who constantly shout and makes unnecessary noise and their grandma keeps on scolding them to stop 🤪...
