Very good

Great hotel in amazing neighborhood

Liked: Great as usual!

Superb

Liked: good location, modren comfortable and new decor rooms
Disliked: i booked a room of 29 square mete, but the room is much smaller 20-22 square meter max

Avoid.

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: They have a baf/club upstairs that make the whole stay very unpleasant. It also has people around the building quite drunk, loud, and running the elevators carrying drinks with them. Lastly, a lot of construction around the corner, making it incredibly noisy.

Amazing art all over but...

I expected more.

Liked: Location- easy access to shopping and subway. View from the roof was fantastic. Breakfast room was very nice.
Disliked: Room was small and the delux king did not have a chair and/or any place for your luggage. The restaurant was closed until October and the rooftop bar was closed one night for an event. Leaving no bars or restaurant! Room service menu was very limited and food was mediocre. Despite being on the 16th floor there was a lot of noise throughout the night. Mostly from the hotel rooms above.

Exceptional

Not as good as we...

Liked: Nice room, good size, good design, bed was comfortable. Pool at roof bar was nice.
Disliked: The location is not in the heart of soho but on the edge near canal street so could feel a bit unsafe at night. There is construction around which is heard even at the 15th floor. Sound insulation was overall bad we were bothered by the noise from the elevators and other rooms. There are parties at the bar downstairs on the weekend very noisy very late. Towels were patially torn. Cleaning services were so-so.
