Liked: Room size , staff was so nice and helpful with everything we need . Very nice bar and restaurant. Perfect location . Shampoos I love here it’s Le Labo .
Disliked: Better cleaning floor in room. There is construction next door , but if you have high floor then it’s perfect .

Great location, but could have...

Liked: The location is very good. It’s in SoHo and very close to great restaurants and shops. The room we stayed in was very bright and spacious, and we had a wonderful view of the financial district.
Disliked: The bed wasn’t super comfortable and the pillows were too hard which gave us a neck pain. Also the shower was a handicapped shower and every time we would shower there would be flooding on the bathroom. Also the AC was very loud. It didn’t gave controls so it either shut down or it was very loud and it kept us awake some nights.

Liked: Good location, outdoor pool
Disliked: We were never informed about the operating hours for the pool and breakfast, and unfortunately, we only found out they were closed upon arrival. As a result, we were only able to enjoy these amenities for one day out of our two-day stay. This was especially disappointing, as I had planned to spend more time at the outdoor pool with my family.

A stunning SoHo spot

Liked: Beautiful art and style. Amazing location. We were lucky enough to get upgraded and were blown away by our room and the views.
Disliked: Nothing!

Liked: Location. Modern aesthetic.
Disliked: Mis sold the swimming pool. Its a paddling pool. Booked it for the children but it was closed after 4pm and we could not use it as each day we were out sightseeing.The building site right below our room was waking us up at 6.30. We were not told about this and despite having other rooms, they gave us two rooms right next to and on top of the building site.
