Disliked: Location was great, staff was friendly, the room was comfortable and pretty. Overall a fantastic experience. The floor was a little dirty upon arrival. Our coffee station was once refreshed with new Nespresso pods, but left with dirty mugs from our previous drink. Those are probably the only negative points I can find.

Liked: Jimmy's rooftop bar and restaurant downstairs were great.
Disliked: Unfortunately only one lift was working for the time we were there. On some occasions there were small queues.

Liked: Well stocked Gym, and everything very clean and of course, the interior design is exceptional
Disliked: What I found truly annoying was the fact that only one elevator was working causing everyone to spend long minutes waiting. That was a downer.
