Modern Hotel

Room comfortable but noisy.

Liked: Loved the concept of an updated mid century motel. Good location. Bed comfortable and strong water pressure in shower.
Disliked: Room was a bit threadbare… could use a refresh. Air conditioning unit very loud and walls thin…. Lots of noise from upstairs. Included breakfast was very basic and menu limited. (Banana bread, bananas, bland frittata if you asked for it from the unhelpful staff.) Staff uniformly glum and unfriendly — maybe something bad had happened to everybody?

Disliked: Bartender/morning breakfast person was miserable/grumpy/rude/unhelpful.

Liked: This hotel is amazing! Location is amazing, walking distance to everything amazing about Boise. They modernized this hotel and it is exceptional! Breakfast and the coffee was great. Would highly recommend.
Disliked: More breakfast options, like bagels?

Fun, convenient, and comfortable!

Liked: The hotel was easy walking distance to all the newly restored downtown area shops and restaurants. Boise pleasantly surprised us! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and quiet. Decor was cool.
Disliked: The bathroom counter area was too small. No place to put anything.

Liked: Very friendly and helpful people! One of my girls left her teddy bear in the room at departure day. The office sent it to our home address (in switzerland!) Nice, cosy garden.
