Location was great. Will probably...

Liked: Bottom of shower poor cleanliness. Duvet cover stained. Never got E mail to give me the entry information had to call when I arrived in Lytham to find out how to get in. Window frosted so could not see out.

Another very nice stay.

Liked: Lovely room. Great location. Very well run establishment. Simple, but satisfactory, breakfast pack deivered to room in the morning. Will happily return to this hotel (as I have done on a number of occasions).
Disliked: Nothing to dislike.

It was OK but didn't...

Liked: Room size and good shower, easy access, straightforward self check in and up front Comms
Disliked: flushing toilet was not easy .. room 206 ... large button doesn't work, small button needed pressure maintaining.The room was opposite a taxi rank that was very noisy with loud youths in the street until 3am and then woken at 6.30 by a police incident with a very loud woman...... some people might not cope closing bathroom door.
