Doug, Sioux Falls, visiting Commodore Ballroom Thu, 8 December 2016

Good place to stay overall.

Liked: Location to Commodore Ballroom.
Disliked: Floors were uneven.

Disappointing - 2.0 out of 5

Dawn E, Grande Prairie AB Thu, 23 June 2016

Not impressed. Would not stay again. So close to being a really nice hotel.

Liked: Great bathroom, bed and TVs.
Disliked: The rugs were filthy with stains - had to wear my shoes. Furniture was stained, marked up with wood peeling off. Not vacuumed. Was upgraded to a suite that was across the street. The elevator opened up to a parking garage with a glass door to 2 suites. As a woman alone, I felt very unsafe and vulnerable as the downstairs door was open to anyone as the door to the parking garage.

Had the room to stay overnight while checking out Vancouver and seeing a concert.

Liked: It was very nice and clean. Had everything I need.

Wear earplugs !

Liked: The location is great. The room was clean and looked like the pictures. Bathroom was nice, with a bathtub.
Disliked: The noise ! The hotel is located between two main streets in Vancouver, you would think it is sound-proof.. it is not. We had to wear earplugs each night to be able to sleep. We could also hear the noise from other rooms. The hairdryer did not work, but it was replaced quickly. Overall, way overpriced..

Liked: Friendly, customer oriented staff. Great knowledge about what the city offers. Staff heard us talking about taking a cab to see the Capilano Suspension Bridge, and fastly enough informed the Park offered a free shuttle, and even gave us discount tickets
Disliked: None at all

Verified Hotel Guest Fri, 14 September 2018

Liked: The hotel room felt very cozy with how small it was, I loved the location and how the city was busy just out the windows. I would attend this hotel again under the right circumstances
Disliked: The bathroom pull down blinds had some mold, and the room felt like it was at a slant which causes the bathroom door to not lock when shut

Liked: Near my Conference in town. Had pizza place corner store Starbucks within 2-3 minute walk. Staples store across street if I needed office supplies. Great for those business minded ppl. I've stayed in this Hotel this time room 239/noisy , 243/ok last year
Disliked: Vacuum in halls and room clean up 8am Saturday morning. But part of there room clean up duties. Loud humming sound from ventalation from building right outside bathroom window. But I understood why it was on....for the building

Dorothy Fri, 14 September 2018

Liked: staff was helpful and courteous restaurant was good for breakfast, too pricey for dinner nie to have coffee maker in room
Disliked: poor window coverings--on a noisy street corner, window coverings leaked light at edges, no curtains which would have dampened noise. Rooms small, not much space to put suitcase, bed hard, sheets stiff.
