The front desk manager (Sonia?) was exceptional - very helpful and professional. The restaurant personnel, waitress and manager were very professional. Although working till late, both were there smiling early in the morning. The room was very comfortable - the A/C wasn't working, however, it was fixed promptly.

It was okay. Frank at...

Liked: Did not have breakfast this time... Last stay we had wonderful meals at a fair price... The person (Frank) at the front desk was so very friendly, hospitable, and very-very helpful. This guy has a great personality, listens carefully, and makes sincere efforts to flat-out help!
Disliked: A very noisy heating-cooling system. When this devil "kicked-on", it was louder than a Navy Reveille... When you first arrive, you get the sense of "under construction, oh no)".... Apologies are always helpful to guests when it is apparent that some consequential repairs/improvements are in progress.
