Traci, Palm City , visiting Mobile Convention Center

The front desk manager (Sonia?) was exceptional - very helpful and professional. The restaurant personnel, waitress and manager were very professional. Although working till late, both were there smiling early in the morning. The room was very comfortable - the A/C wasn't working, however, it was fixed promptly.
