Great location, comfortable room, really...

Liked: Can’t beat the location, right on the beach room is of course old but comfortable and nice.
Disliked: Nothing I would rate negative

Exceptional

Liked: Amazing location being right on the beach. Can't ask for better.
Disliked: You had to save a pool chair at 6 a.m. in order to be able to sit at the pool at any point in the day unless you didn't go to the pool until after 3:30. Only half the chairs were occupied. The rest had stuff on them as if to just save them.

Very good

Liked: The food and beverage staff, porters and valets were outstanding. I wish i could say the same about the management and security staff.
Disliked: There was nothing on there website about construction at this hotel. Monday-Wednesday there was construction RIGHT outside my room(drilling and hammering) ALL afternoon. I could not hear myself think!

Billing reduction on my room...

Liked: In general, the staff was great withe the exception of the security staff. I found them to be discourteous and overbearing.
Disliked: Loud construction right outside my room(which wasnot mentioned on website or when I checked in. I was eventually moved to a room with a balcony I could not access because of structural deficiency.

Great location and staff

Liked: The staff were extremely helpful and delightful.
Disliked: The breakfast buffet was a bit average, for the price.

Really enjoyed our wedding anniversary...

Liked: Fantastic location. Extremely helpful staff. Beautiful hotel.
Disliked: Room was a bit small, but we accepted this because we wanted the views and location.

Liked: Wonderful in every way.
Disliked: Like Oahu in general the food was overly expensive. However we don’t go to Hawaii, or the USA, for the food (or more correctly the scarcity of real food).
