Disliked: You almost can not walk in the bathroom. Water leak out shower

Disliked: The rooms had layers of dust on the baseboards. We requested it to be cleaned and it was, but the dust and windowsills were still filled with dust and untouched. We asked for an upgrade which we paid for and still had the dust problem in the upgraded room. It was a beautiful hotel on the outside but just a little too old and outdated in the rooms

Perfect hotel on Waikiki beach

Practically perfect stay.

Liked: I really appreciate the vibe at the hotel. It was warm and welcoming and excellent at the same time. For example, there was no dress code, which made it easy to transition from the beach back to the room. We didn't need to stress about that. The service was good from beginning to end. All of the food and drinks were good and our room was really super. I loved the beach view. We left super happy.
Disliked: I can't recall not liking anything about the hotel or the trip.

Liked: Location was amazing with the international marketplace across the street and hotel right on the beach. Best of both worlds.
Disliked: There were a couple of things, however it was manageable. Lobby area under construction during our visit and too many kids at the pool.

Disliked: Over $700.00 for a night and the place has no room service???? I texted the GM twice, no response. I won't be going back...............

Felt like Paradise

Liked: Awesome view of the ocean. Beautiful historic property close to everything.
Disliked: Couldnt order ala carte off breakfast menu. The buffet was expensive given i only eat a bowl of oatmeal.
