Accommodation for Six Nations

Liked: It's location to the Principality stadium
Disliked: It was very drab. It needed updating and decorating . TV signal was poor, requires a booster to improve signal . If it wasn't ideal for the rugby, we wouldn't recommend it. Extremely high cost for a room with worn carpets and waterstains on the ceiling( match day premium) . Having said that, it was clean. The bedding was clean, and stadium was 2 minutes away and within walking distance of all amenities

Good for this price

Liked: Its a cheap stay and if youre not having too much expectations then this is a great place. The room is basic bu has everything you need. The size of the room was bigger than I expected and it also has an iron and kettle. Bed was comfortable. Location is great and very central
Disliked: The window didnt seem to protect much and should be renovated. Its all just a bit basic and old fashioned but if you dont mind that then I can really recommend this place

Great location and large rooms.

Liked: Fantastic location! 5 mins walk from train station and near to pubs, restaurants and shops. Great value for money. Super big room, with a lovely armchair. The duvets were so cosy! Really friendly staff. Nice size glasses provided.
Disliked: The trek up the stairs was tiring! They went on forever! 😆 Windows were single pane so you could hear the street below, but as we were high up it was a background sound rather than annoying. Bathroom door didn't shut. Well, it did, but then someone had to kick it open from the other side. Not the most classy place, but for the money it was great and just what we needed.

Good cheap digs, if a...

Liked: As you will see from my other reviews I stay here often. The hotel is a bit shabby, and especially the stairs, but the rooms are comfortable and I like the ensuite facilities. The staff always respond quickly to email if I need assistance. Great for a cheap place to stay while I work.
