The carts rolling across slotted concrete scared me and my boyfriend awake in the night and mornings. If you like to sleep in, I don't recommend this hotel. Otherwise, we had a pleasant stay. It's close to a lot of venues and food.

Great location; friendly staff; clean room; great value; nice and quiet; a very enjoyable experience all around. When in Tempe we will definitely be staying here again.

Disliked: Someone, possibly someone who wasn't staying at the hotel, woke us up around 1 am talking loudly and walking the passages on the second floor. He seemed to be unhinged. It ruined the night's sleep.
