The carts rolling across slotted concrete scared me and my boyfriend awake in the night and mornings. If you like to sleep in, I don't recommend this hotel. Otherwise, we had a pleasant stay. It's close to a lot of venues and food.

Great location; friendly staff; clean room; great value; nice and quiet; a very enjoyable experience all around. When in Tempe we will definitely be staying here again.

Decent spot for a night...
Liked: Proximity to Tempe Mill Avenue. Reasonably close to Marquee Theatre. Clean, recently refurbished room. Breakfast options were was satisfactory.
Disliked: TV strangely wouldn?t turn off, but management willing to solve problem. Coffee was weak but Starbucks and other local coffee shops nearby.
